Kattianna "Katt" Rouse-Riley (she/her) is dedicated to tracking participation as one of TWG’s pedagogical adherence measures.
Katt brings many talents to The Wolf Group, including her impeccable humor and kindness. She is a wife and mother, community builder, active ally to marginalized populations, an out and proud member of the 2SLGBTQIA community, and she lives with a hidden disability.

Melissa (she/her) is a skilled policy analyst with a profound passion for research. She is adept at comprehending, assessing, and analyzing legislation, policy, and procedure. She has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree in Business Management, specializing in Public Administration.
Melissa manages and directs the daily operations of a division within a large organization. In her work she consistently showcases leadership, managerial acumen, and an unwavering commitment to public service. When she isn’t working, Melissa spends her time with her family, her supportive and amazing husband of over two decades, and their two wonderful children.

Sandra Cushnie (she/her) is a JEDI – a Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion educator. A seasoned HR professional, change leader, and communicator Sandra applies over two decades of experience in industry-leading Canadian Corporations to the ultimate change challenge of creating a more equitable world.
Sandra is a proud Caribbean-Canadian Black woman. She is married, a mother of an adult daughter, a caregiver, a martial artist, and an avid runner. She devotes her time outside of work to coaching young athletes (particularly young women) and supporting literacy/reading programs for school-age children in under-served/equity-seeking communities.

Dr. Laura Castro (she/they) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. Dr. Castro is an American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) Clinical Fellow and Approved Supervisor. She earned a Doctor of Psychology Degree in Marital and Family Therapy from Alliant International University. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Marital and Family Therapy from Alliant International University and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Communication from National University.
Dr. Castro is a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-I and CCTP-II). She has extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy with individuals, couples/partners, and families and is also trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Trauma-Focused CBT. Dr. Castro serves as an adjunct professor in a master’s-level marriage and family therapy program, offers training and consultation to other clinicians on affirmative therapy, and provides coaching for parents and caregivers of trans and gender diverse youth.
Dr. Castro is a queer, biracial, disabled military veteran and proud parent of two incredible kids. After 21 years of service in the U.S. Navy, she retired and made San Diego her home. Following her retirement, Dr. Castro embarked on a new career in mental health, driven by her deep commitment to supporting marginalized communities. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Castro fosters neonatal kittens and nurtures a thriving garden.
