Diversity Matters

Organizations that work toward a truly diverse, inclusive, and accessible workplace successfully recruit top talent, improve talent retention, have highly engaged employees, and increase their productivity and overall bottom line. At TWG we offer a wide range of courses covering diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. Through the lens of cultural competence, TWG's experiential and evidence-based courses invite participants to create inclusive spaces for all.

People Leaders

Exceptional people leaders have a clear vision and possess highly attuned emotional intelligence. They know that fostering a collaborative, creative work environment is essential, and they inspire others through their willingness to get uncomfortable in the interest of growth. Our selection of courses has been created specifically for people leaders. Our tools can be immediately implemented by leaders, from first-time managers to experienced senior executives in organizations of any size.

Exceptional Communication

Exceptional communication skills are the bedrock of successful business practices because they create a positive and productive work environment. They enable us to express our ideas clearly, understand others, and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients. TWG's suite of communication courses provides learner-centric, effective, and engaging training designed to immediately improve individual and organizational messaging, team dynamics, and overall communication.

Ethical Decision-Making and Risk Management

This is TWG’s signature class that our founder and CEO, Jamie, has taught over three hundred times. This experiential, interactive, evidence-based course introduces participants to a practical, step-by-step Ethical Decision-Making Model. Participants learn and apply the sequence of steps required to make ethical decisions that comply with organizational policies and procedures. Participants explore how to apply a “risk-management perspective” to assess a problem, develop an ethical solution, and act in the face of profound stress. Additionally, participants learn to think critically within the range of alternative solutions to a given problem, study the results of their actions, use discretionary time to their advantage, and create a competent “moral imagination” which enhances their ability to make difficult decisions in a variety of circumstances.

Engagements

“Jamie delivered the keynote at our annual education conference. The message he delivered left our entire organization infused with hope and renewed motivation.”

At The Wolf Group (TWG), we create and support equitable, inclusive spaces where everyone can succeed. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) and culturally competent service are defining characteristics of our business practices and training programs.

We know that inclusion is a proven catalyst of personal, professional, and economic growth. The Wolf Group is based in the temperate rain forest of the Pacific Northwest on the traditional and ancestral, land of the sx̌ʷəbabs (“Swift Water People”). The sx̌ʷəbabs are known today as part of the Puyallup Tribe – translated to mean, “a people who are generous and welcoming to all people (friends and strangers) who enter our lands.”
